Enriched Topsoil (Garden City Compost)

This premium topsoil is created locally from dirt that is dropped off at the Garden City Compost (GCC) facility.  The team there piles up a mixture of dirt, gravel, sod, clay, and sand to allow it to break down over time.  Eventually, this composite pile is mixed with 25% of their standard GCC Class-A material and then screened down to 3/8".  When complete, this well-crafted mix is ready for filling in shallow holes, leveling off a yard, or starting a new lawn from seed.
